If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected] to obtain a link to our DB Schenker return portal.
Return Process:
- Complete the form on the return portal via the link provided by us.
- A PDF return label will be generated, which you must print and attach to the package.
- Drop off the package at any DB Schenker service point for processing.
Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of initiating the return process.
- Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
