SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Consumers Pickup Point (DB Schenker Agent) Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days. The package is delivered to your chosen DB Schenker agent. If you do not make a choice, the package will be sent to an agent near your address. You will be notified by DB Schenker via SMS/email.
Home Delivery (DB Schenker)
The shipping option defaults to home delivery. When your package is on its way, you’ll receive a text message or email allowing you to select alternative options, such as pickup point or delivery without signature. Available options may vary by country.
DELIVERY COSTS
All orders over €200 receive free shipping. Delivery costs are €15 on all others orders.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you do not pick up the goods you have ordered, Nordeye charges a fee corresponding to the costs associated with the order. You cannot order new goods until this fee is paid. If you do not pick up the goods, the order will be canceled. Refunds of already paid amounts will be processed once the customer contacts Nordeye and provides their payment details.

For products that are in stock, you will normally receive your goods within 2-7 business days.
Non-Stock Items
Due to various reasons, some products are not held in stock by us, but must be ordered once purchased (such items are clearly marked on our website). For such order items, our team will contact you with information about expected delivery times for your specific order once your order has been confirmed.
